About the Role
At Marvle Medical, we are looking for an internal sales/marketing assistant.
You will be the support of our sales team. You will be active in looking for new leads. For this, you will make initial contact with the leads yourself to present our products. After your conversation, you will prepare a short report in Salesforce and provide feedback to the business development manager.
Furthermore, you follow up customer files and prepare contracts.
A second part of this job is marketing-related. Here we expect more creative input. You can go all the way to setting up and maintaining our social media on a weekly basis. You will also help design the brochures, catalogue and other communication materials for cTreatment.
We also like to help our distributors wherever possible. As soon as a trade fair or congress is planned, we are happy to send one of our staff to put cTreatment in the spotlight. This is another part of this challenging and extensive position.
Requirements
Languages are not a problem for you. We expect you to be able to communicate professionally in Dutch, French and English.
From your education or experience, you know how to bring in new leads.
We work with Salesforce for reporting and follow-up, so experience with Salesforce is a plus but not a requirement.
Microsoft office has no secrets for you. For our marketing activities, you can work well with Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You have a driving licence (B).
You have no problem with travelling abroad.
